I have always used Naps in the past without any problems but my last order of 10 hgh kits have been held in NY Customs for over 5 weeks now...making the order about 8 weeks old. Every time I contact their "live" support and put my order number in, tracking information and concerns...they go off-line and require me to send an email. They've emailed me saying they cannot guarantee customs and pretty much I am out over $1,300 now. I would hope that if customs returns the items to China that they would either re-ship 10 kits or refund my money minus charges. All in all I will be hesitant to order from them ever again after 5 years of no issues I cannot risk losing a thousand dollars or more. Stay away for a while I'd say.
