How about soy milk with lots of real Trader Joe vanilla? I find vanilla helps everything. My sin has been a handful of chocolate chips. Now I’m reading “The Plant-Based Diet,” in which the author, such a nice person, said she had a daily chocolate habit that was started being a twice-daily habit. So now she grabs a handle of frozen blueberries. I’m doing it too! They’re like little blueberry popsicles. I’m going to try to do my very best for six weeks and then get a cholesterol test. But my diet is so good, I’m not worried even if my numbers are high.
